This is Nylända Gård in Haninge. At Årsta Havsbadsvägen. They live only minutes away from the beach at Årsta Havsbad. And across the road you will find Årsta Säteri. And Årsta Castle. Not a bad surrounding if you ask me.

This is a very appealing, peaceful scene. Lucky them to live close to a body of water!!
Lots of horse farms anf golf courses in this area. But no grocery stores and such.
