Cookies, Anyone?

I'm pretty sure that I ordered two normal cookies at Malmens konditori, my favorite cafe. But then as I reached for them, sitting at the table with the usual suspects, they suddenly looked like this, spooky...

Meanwhile at the haunted cafe

A few scary incidents at my favorite cafe, Malmens konditori, lately. A bunch of ghosts have been seen flying around scaring people. As it is Halloween I was treated to a tasty pastry by one of the regulars.

Jack O'Lantern

We don't really celebrate Halloween over here. But there are of course exceptions. And after a quick walk around a cemetery yesterday, I found this seriously evil looking Jack O'Lantern in roundabout in Västerhaninge. Shot with The Nifty Fifty.

At the Grocery Store

I got an odd feeling today as I walked around in my local coop konsum grocery store in Tungelsta. I can't put my finger on it, but the employees looked a bit different. The woman at the meat counter scared me away so I didn't get any minced meat.



As I then looked for some pasta sauce, I ran into the manager, Helen Andersson, who I at first didn't recognise. Earlier this year she was voted coop franchisor of the year.



Then I had to look more closely at the check-out girl, because she too looked a bit different.



In the end I probably came home with a few missing groceries but I guess I could always try again tomorrow!
