Inversion

Inversion
Swedish word of the month. Inversion. No sunshine here since late November. I took this photo at the Lower Lake in Handen while out on a longish bike ride in the gray weather. Not seeing the sun for so long really messes with your mind.

I was just in a Zoom meeting with people from the Netherlands. They said the same thing. It gets to you after awhile.

The photo is fabulous.

It's hard for me to even imagine being without sunshine for that long. It's a good thing I'm a desert dweller.

The sky here is the same, nice reflection though.

It's much the same here. Clear skies are elusive this time of year.

Wonderful shot even in the greyness!

Bright sunshine in The San Francisco Bay Area all month long.

Maybe spend winter months in the Mediterranean or the Caribbean?

Sunlight make us happier.

Is there anything to be said for the water not being frozen? But I know. Sunshine is good. You have had little. At least the days will be getting longer soon....time for a bonfire celebration to encourage it to appear?

Talked to a friend yesterday, might go for a hike on Sunday if it is not raining. With an outdoor bbq and some hot glögg.

This is what I think of as "black and white in color." It is really a color photo but the light is so drab that it looks B&W.
