The Summer Girl
Summer arrived on Friday. It was the warmest day of the year with around 24C. When I noticed Linn not far from my favorite cafe I knew I had to take her portrait (I have a thing for redheads). Linn lives in Handen and she has her whole life in front of her as she will graduate from secondary school in just a few weeks time. I tried a Brenizer method portrait (second photo), I took 15 photos but trouble stitching them together, so this is the result of three photos.

Thank goodness for spring! That is really red hair.
How do you get a 24 degrees when we have a lousy 10. Its not fair but your photo have for sure a summer look.
Good question. The sun is gone today. The temperature have dropped and they say we can expect rain, followed by thunder and lightning.
Love the tight shot AND I would have taken 115 shots. Really!
Gorgeous Summer Girl!
She could have been Botticelli's model for "Primavera".
Superb portraits. You have a thing for redheads and I'm glad!
Lovely photos. I laughed when I saw the first, it brings to mind Mammy from "Gone With The Wind" saying, 'I ain't never seen hair that colour before in my life. Do you know a dyed hair woman?"
She looks gorgeous Steffe, a little like my Aimee with the red hair..
Great model! Love the expression in that first shot. You really have a gift for portraits.
