I see ze olde tree is still there, alone and aloof in its bare beauty!

The curving dirt road adds interest to the picture. The whole image has a very rural and lonely feeling.

It's a slow starter this old tree. And if the weatherman is right, the cold weather will continue and we can expect snow tonight.
I'm looking at some of your older photos of That Old Tree—when did the branch break?
There was a big storm in December of last year, around Christmas. I took a bike ride the after and took a bunch of storm related photos, including one of the old tree.
