In true spirit of the word Aprilväder most of the snow from Saturday was gone on Sunday. I decided to go for a bike ride. It was 10C, sunny, but a little windy. On my way home I stopped at oak hill in Tungelsta where I noticed the first blåsippa of the year. I spotted the snow cones at Nedersta, the structure in the background is the collapsed barn at the Nödesta farm.

Life is strong and a little bit of snow is not going to stop the flowers from blooming. Your photography skills are also strong and hope nothing ever stops you.
Snow. Am glad it is almost over for you. It is past here and we are in the 60s in the mornings and warmer in the afternoon. Am anxious to get out and about with or without oxygen and take some new pictures.
This weekend there was up to a foot (about 30 cm) of snow in the high country of Arizona, which had never happened before this late in April. There is no term for April weather, as April is usually very nice.
In northwest Costa Rica, April is the transition from hot, sunny dry weather to the "green season" with occasional tropical showers. Locals call Nov. - April "summer" even though we are in the northern hemisphere because it is warmer then than during the rest of the year.
I remember those days from living in Minnesota. Spring arrives. Snow falls. Spring comes back.
As Andy says Steffe, flowers are so robust, it's amazing what they can withstand. Beautiful floral image.
I hope our snow is gone til November.

Never having experienced snow, I find these "snow cones" fascinating. This is the first time I've heard of "Aprilväder," and it sounds difficult, to say the least.
