Tungelsta Christmas Market
I visited the annual Christmas market in the park in Tungelsta today. The greenhouse was filled with people. A few members of the local historical association, Folk och Trädgård were selling their homemade handicraft, and you can see two of them here. Liza Sergler on the top photo was selling socks and mittens. Marita Jacobsson specialises in kurbits painting. The felted wool figures are also locally made by Kirsten Rasmussen. If you have a very good memory you might remember a photo I took of the posing Mr. Rasmussen earlier this year.

These are great Steffe.
I could use some of those big warm socks!
Lots of lovely warm gear in the first photo Steffe, bet they sold like hotcakes. Glad the storm missed you.
That's Christmas just as I like it!
Good to see homemade local enterprise, I am sure the Occupy Tungelsta Movement doesn't bother these folk.
I could use some of her mitts today - the cold has finally hit here for a couple of more days!
Beautiful and interesting pictures Steffe.
how wonderful to spend time in this market.
My wife and I would have dropped some cash at that Christmas market for sure! Great "hemslojd!"
