The Double Perspective

The Double Perspective

The very narrow birch alley at Söderby in Handen. The left photo shows the upward path toward the old estate, and the right half the same path from the top looking down. No idea who planted the trees like this, and why, but it's a nice alley to walk through, and perfect for this months theme which is Perspective.

"Two paths diverged in a wood, and I--
Took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference"
Steffe your blog always embodies Robert Frost's poem about individuality and risk taking. Have a great month in Haninge.

Cool look at both paths for a double perspective! I feel like I reached the Y in the road and have to decide....

Beautiful, great choice for the theme. Well combined as well. Had to look twice to realise it was two shots.

Extraordinary. Very clever. I had thought that you might do one of your season series, but this is even better.

I was going to mention Robert Frost's poem but saw that Mark has done so already! But I do so love the mystery of why these pathways were hewn like this! Beautiful!

Remember the path less travelled by is less travelled by for a reason!

Reminds me of the poem "The Road not Taken". A great choice for the theme day.

Thanks all. I guess I shouldn't say that this is only a few meters away from the motorway to Stockholm then!
