Shadowplay

Staircase Shadow

Maybe not Schroeder's reversible staircase illusion, but cool enough for me. I noticed the shadowplay on the wall after I had shot Thursdays panorama photo. I had to wait a while for the camera to process all the photos from that panorama and when it was ready I quickly aimed the camera across the road towards the staircase.

You bring us so many portraits of the people of Sweden that I was surprised by this. It's gorgeous. You've got hard light and shadow but also subtle changes of tone on the wall.

Thanks all. I was lucky to be at the right place on the right time.

I might just to that Jacob.

Thanks Bob, the portraits is why I'm still doing this.

I visited the mall again a day later, but magically half of the staircase was gone when i had a look.
