Meanwhile down at the beach
Not much was happening. But it was a beautiful and sunny day, and that counts at least in my book. I'm reading Filth by Irwine Welsh at the moment.

Yikes!!!!! Is that ice? Still around?
on se croirait dans un vrai désert, un monde abandonné, superbe
Yep, you're a lot closer to the North Pola than we are here, it seems. Excellent book, by the way!
Beautiful shot, Steffe.
excellent image. It is hard to believe that snow and ice are present. it looks surreal
That is certainly quite different from the beaches here in Florida! It's beautiful though.
And we think it's cold here... Amazing image.
I wouldn't trust that ice for a stroll anymore.
Probably sound advice Per. It's melting fast now. I shot this a couple of days ago.
Pretty impressive amount of snow and ice, even if it is melting.
Nobody was playing snow volleyball?!
Thanks for the book idea. I have Filth and two others by the same author on hold at our local library! I'm always looking for new mystery/murder/action books to read. Do you read Patricia Cornwell, Sydney Sheldon or James Patterson? They are my favorites!
Now if I can just get my boss to let me off a little early so I can pick them up;)
Of course it's a wonderful picture but when does all this ice melt and you can clearly see the beach? :-)
I have read Sheldon and Cornwall, but it was many years ago now. Patterson has just released a book which he has co-written with Liza Marklund. More of what I have been reading lately in this flickr set.
Not too many sun bathers out for this photo. ;-)
Aside from the snow, a gorgeous day at the beach!
