My preferred way of transportation is the bicycle. It keeps you fit. You don't travel at a very high speed, so you don't miss much around you which is very good if you are a keen photographer. One of the things I'm always looking for when I'm out with the camera are cool shadows. I sometimes shoot from the bike, but for this cool theme day shot I walked up on a hill and aimed the camera down towards the man on the bike.

I like the photograph. It is complete without the shadow being chopped off. Nice work.
Such an unusual view of this chap, STeffe. The shadow is so very clear. I hope he got the plant how without losing too many of the petals. I do admire his socks!!

I have a feeling the plant will survive its destination unscathed. Great image of this experienced bicyclist and his shadow . . . bicycling is a great way to get from point A to B . . . I wish Quincy was more bicycle friendly.

I loved my bike, I used it to go everywhere. Now crazy traffic and serial stealing have killed my riding. Now I walk, but it is slower and harder, specially for a Lazy Poet.
