That is Mr. Walkman at the pedestrian crossings in Tungelsta. We call him Herr Gårman, which is a pun as it can also be read as You Walk Here. The artist who once made the sign was Kåge Gustafson. The construction site in the background is part of the new housing area at Lillgården.

Well, winter certainly did return, didn't it?! It looks like it never quite left.
I should imagine that the weather is holding up work on the housing project Steffe. I like your composition here, the colourful signs are highlighted by the white of the snow!
I am pretty sure that they work despite the snow and the cold Grace, might take a few hours off during a snow storm, but other than that they work most days here.
