It is important to have a clean façade. And there are many different methods for doing that sort of thing. Spotted this guy in Handen yesterday just before I headed home to refurbish the kitchen with new work benches. And wouldn't you know it. As I moved one of the benches I hurt my back so now I can't move at all!

Sorry about the back. I know that pain well.
That is a brave young man doing an important job that I would never be able to do.
Like William said applying heat in the affected area (and some aspirin) would perhaps help? I'm so sorry to read this, you must be in real pain. Talk to your doctor, Stefan. He'll be able to tell if any of your back's disks are the culprits.
A shame. You are too young to injure your back doing something simple like this.
