School's out for summer. They have been partying for around two months. Their parents are probably broke. I'm guessing that all the grad students you can see here will have a massive hangover today. I can't imagine partying for two months.
This is quite a contrast to the serenity that you showed yesterday.
They go to many parties during this season, but they do of course attend school as well. It's a hard life Wong. But harder for some!

Students really celebrate in Sweden. That is a very full truck.
