Winter Again

Winter Again

Spring is on hold for a while. All of a sudden it started to snow. Again. So I had to go out and shoot a few winter scenes. Again. This is a photo from Lillgården. It shows a typical Swedish house. It's the home of the artist Christina Hassila.

very pretty from my vantage point but I am sure you are tired of snow.

I am surprised that the garage is so exposed to the elements.
Love your photos by the way.

The green water pump really adds so much to the shot.

Spring seems to be teasing you!

Oh yes, winter is supposed to be over and done with by now.

Thanks Frances, glad you like some of my work.

Glad you noticed the green pump. I was going to make that the title!

Precisely Lois!

I like that green pump too! Snow looks exotic now! ;-)

And an accessory in the garage to match the house. I believe it is an artist's residence:)

Don't feel bad, we haven't had snow, but are still below freezing at night and for a good portion of the day in Boston.

I have seen some of her art at the Art Promenade in Österhaninge that I have shown you some photos from over the last three years. And for a while she did have a sculpture close to the house that I also have a photo of somewhere at flickr. The red color is called Falu Red. It has an interesting history.
