I was at down at the Årsta pier recently. Didn't take the ferry to Utö on that occasion, but I will soon. Instead I took a bunch of photos while walking around the pier area. Zooming in on two ferry pennants on the Utö ferry. The white&yellow represents the ferry company Utö Rederi AB. The blue&yellow the Waxholmsbolaget.

Ferry Pennants
I was at down at the Årsta pier recently. Didn't take the ferry to Utö on that occasion, but I will soon. Instead I took a bunch of photos while walking around the pier area. Pennant? Didn't know that word.
I was out one night by Grand Hotel recently trying to squeeze two of those "W" into one frame but the light didn't work out the way I wanted. I'll just add that to the ever growing list of fabulous shots I didn't take...

It's vindflöjel or vimpel in Swedish.
