A candle's burning on the breakfast table. One for every Sunday in December leading up to Christmas. So I had to get up early in the morning, go out into the forest and find some moss for the adventsljusstaken. Bigger photo.

That is a nice way to begin th month of December. I had not seen it done before.
I wanted to describe the White Porcelain Duck I photographed this morning. I did put a picture of it on my Birds Blog as it is a new species I think.
I haven't seen advent calendars for a long time. It is a pleasant way to mark the weeks before the holiday.
