At the Christmas Market

At the Christmas Market

A visit to the Tungelsta Christmas Market. Lousy weather. Not very crowded. Lots of crap to buy. Didn't see any happy kids. That Christmas feeling was nowhere to be found. I had planned to buy a book from a local historian, but I completely forgot about that. After a walk around the market I heard the whistle from the steam train and headed over to the railway station. Bigger photo. Photos of the train in a few days, stay tuned!

The concept of shopping crap outdoors when there are plenty of warm shops doesn't exactly appeal to me. Apparently some people like this (take a look at Sergels torg) or they would be out of business by now.
