Summer Berries

Been shooting a few macro snaps lately. Of summer berries. Hallon and blåbär in Swedish. Raspberies and Blueberries.

A Touch of Red

It snowed again yesterday. Tricky to use the camera in that sort of weather. Especially since I forgot to pack the umbrella that I often use when it's snowing. But as the snowing came to an end I found these red berries and knew that I would be able to get a nice Winter photo.

Raspberries

Soon it's raspberry season. I have stopped twice at this bush in Västerhaninge in the last few days. A bit unripe, but good enough for a few macro photos

Lingonberry

Since my childhood I've enjoyed eating blodpudding for lunch. With lingon berries, also known as Cowberries, (Vaccinium vitis-idaea). These berries grow in the forest at Bergdalen in Tungelsta. Some people eat them with pancakes but I prefer blueberries with my pancakes. I just returned from a walk in that forest, and to give you a weather update I should have used a pair of wellington boots!
