Street food like a Bastard. Inspired by something they tried in New York. Big chain today with restaurants popping up all over the place. This one can be found at Folkungagatan on Södermalm in Stockholm. They do everything their own way, whatever that means.

Odd name for it.
A bit odd it is. I tried finding the story behind the name but all I could find was that when they opened a restaurant in Malmö they called in Bronx Burgers because at the time there was another restaurant called Bastard in that city. But after it closed Bronx became Bastard Burgers.
