The first building emerges at STAV 1:38 at Lillgården in Tungelsta. Haven't been able to find a name for this new area yet. Pre-school, row-houses and a retirement home here when they are done. A bit cold to work construction during the Winter is my guess.

I'm surprised they don't hold off until spring.
Our home was built during winter and it seemed very, very cold when we visited. But it never snowed. How can workers even feel their hands?!
For sure it's a cold time of year to be working outdoors!
We have the opposite problem here Steffe.. Work stops if it goes over 40C :)
And people are not happy to work outdoor in our surely milder winter...
