Swimming Alone

Swimming Alone
Walking through the Eskilsparken, also known as Olof Palme's Park yesterday I noticed this skrubbskädda swimming all alone in the fountain next to the amphitheatre. It is part of an artwork which funnily enough is called The Birds (Fåglarna), by PYE Engström.

Cool, eller snarare "kallt" med ett höstbad bland alla bruna löv.

Det är en kul skulptur och oavsett dess vilseledande (?) namn gillar jag den!

I appreciate the simplicity of this piece and the humor of its name...

It could be a primitive flounder, but very slow moving.
