In one of the more active flickr groups, Utata, members are asked to go for a walk every Thursday. We can then add a specific tag to up to six photos and post one photo with some info in a the weekly thread. The result can then be seen on the Utata web site. My walk took me to the old tree via a back road that is mostly used by the farmers at Mulsta, and also by the horse-back riders from a few nearby horse farms. Out on the fields I saw a baler in action. Further down the path a canola field was blooming.

That second photo of the canola field is just amazing. Unbelievable depth of field and the pink house is the perfect counterpoint.
Please continue with the old tree. Please, now and then, walk around it and record the different sides for me. Thanks

That's a beautiful sequence. I have no countryside nearby but the city can provide as many surprises.
Nice to see the old tree again Steffe, in full leaf this time. The canola fields must be amazing to see first hand, such a huge splash of vibrant yellow.
It would be nice to have friends on a photographic walk...
