A summer house
I think yesterday was the warmest day of the year. Grace in Perth will of course laugh when I say that it was very warm (25C), when I decided to go for a little photo promenade around Tungelsta. 25C is certainly quite a bit warmer than the temperature in your winter photo.

It's hard to believe this cottage is 300 years old. A lot of work must have gone into preserving this wood building.

I could use a summer house like that! It is really three hundred-year-old?
The cottage is locally also known as "Kroken" or "Svängen. Translated that means the house on the corner. It is mentioned in the Parish register from 1712 so it is of course possible that it is even older. There are two other building, including a cellar on the same property.
It's beautiful, as is the weather. In the UK we dream about 25C at the moment!
