While out walking in the forest at Häringenäs earlier in the week I walked by these rocks. I will show you where I was going tomorrow.

Those looked stacked by human hands. But I'm not a geologist. Do you know about them?
You are correct. A road have been constructed in the forest to the top of the hill. Although it looks more like a path, and only used by hikers on their way up to the lookout point.
