On this day the tree looks lush and at ease.
You are more obsessed with the tree than I am about the Arch. Have you considered whether it is possible to make a time lapse sequence of it, say a shot a week from as close to the same position as possible?
There are plenty of wildflowers mixed in with the grasses at this time of year. Congratulations on your 475th photo of this fine old tree. I always love seeing it.
Yet to try that Bob, but it should be fairly easy to do as I always try to shoot from the same spot.
The tree looks like it's enjoying the perfect day also Steffe 😃
