Smultron

Smultron
The Smultron are here. Very yummy they are. Over here we all have our own secret smultronställe (Google that). You might know this berry as Wild Strawberry. Shot with the Tamron zoom lens using the macro feature. When I was a kid I used to stack them on grass straws. That would look like this.

LOVE that stacked image. That single has got my mouth to watering.

Wonderful photo. I'm sure I can lift that gorgeous fruit right out of the frame.

When I would see this in the wild, I would not try it. Red is often associated with poison.

Greetings,
Filip

Our local strawberries are just coming ripe now and they are so sweet! Love your pic.

I never tried stringing them together like that.

Wow, that is some narrow depth of field ! Well done, it's a beautiful shot. Here, the equivalent of the smultronställe would be where a local goes into the forest to find cepes (mushrooms) in his own secret location.

Så har du fått tag på dina smultron till sist. Grattis! Och en fin bild blev det också vilket kanske är sekundärt när det gäller smultron? ;-)
