Watercrafts

Klara sjö M/S Sandhamn Hammarbykanalen Summertime
I walked over a pedestrian bridge at Klara sjö when I noticed the motorboat. From here they go under another bridge before finding themselves at Riddarfjärden. In the second photo we see the ferry M/S Sandhamn leaving Stockholm for the archipelago. Photographed from the Ersta terrace on Södermalm, in the background, Kastellholmen. I took the last two photos from the Skanstull bridge as the lower Skansbron was opening to let boats through the Hammarby canal.

Strolling through the city

Beyond Retro The youth of today Lämmeltåg Doomscroller The King's Garden Lunch bowl Walking by Trocadero Summer Fun
Another day, another walk around Stockholm. Top photo shows a smiling girl on a bike at Södermalmstorg. She looked kinda familiar. Next, a few young people resting on a bench at Södermalmstorg. I named the third photo lämmeltåg. It can mean a bunch of people all walking in the same direction, like here, gone shopping at Hamngatan. Then a woman doomscrolling outside Gallerian, the first indoor shopping centre back in the 1970s. Not far from there is Kungsträdgården where a man is walking his dog. That park is always a good spot for street photography as we can see in the next lunch break scene. And still in The King's Park a cool looking woman walks by. Lidl set up a pop-up store in the park which was all about BBQing, which is where the guys are relaxing. A fun Summer pastime here is queueing for free soft drinks which we can see in the next two photos, still in the park.
