New apartment building at Ersta on Södermalm in Stockholm. I took another photo here last Autumn when they were finishing up the construction. Designed by Kaminsky Arkitektur, and built by Wallin Bostad. A secret buyer bought the terrace apartment a for 54 000 000 SEK. The reason for that hefty price? Location, location, location.

That's something that is the same everywhere, I guess. At least in Amsterdam, but in Tilburg we also have very expensive lofts and penthouses
I'm sure it will be a well sought after place for a residence!
