Strategic Architecture

Strategic Architecture
Kungsbrohuset. Västra Järnvägsgatan. This building from 2010 is famous for its two facades. Both made of glass. Which saves a lot of energy. Designed by Kerstin Heijde from Strategisk Arkitektur.

  1. Patterns, lines and angles at their very best.

  3. Amorphic reflections. Really nice to take a shot of it at different times of a day

  4. OK. I looked it up and read about it, wanting to know how that much glass on a facade saves energy. I saw "quintuple" glazing used to describe it. Probably a good thing for Sweden!! So far north. Down here in TX...probably back to the drawing board. It IS handsome.

  5. Looks good but you really need a lot of glass for isolation purpose.
