It was -15C yesterday. A bit chilly if you ask me, and obviously perfect weather for a long walk! Very icy so I put on my
icebug boots just in case. It took me half an hour to get to the old tree. Not too many people out and about, but I did meet one Viking who was out running. I had a look in my flickr album and this is my 648th photo of the Swedish Whitebeam.
Beautiful, beautiful tree in any season.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy looking at That Old Tree. In fact your photos inspired me to start looking for my old tree.
ReplyDeleteAnd still going strong. Nice.
ReplyDeleteExcellent contrast against that sky.
ReplyDeleteI love seeing the old tree when it's cloaked in snow.
ReplyDeleteAnother winter season for the old tree and it looks fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI always like seeing how she is doing. I hope it wasn't a windy -15˚C.
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning grandmother tree she is. A beautiful day for a walk.
ReplyDeleteA lonely standing tree with dense snow cover. A great shot
