Frosty Window
I live in an old house. Built by my great-grandparents 120 years ago. Obviously, it has been renovated over the years, but there is always something that needs fixing. This was my bedroom window yesterday morning. Another -15C day.
I miss it. in a way. Didn't happen often in TX, but we knew when it did. The price you pay with nature to have windows; here it is a price in summer.. Yes, I have double glazed now, but we're all so soft...77 years now. I want to be warm and cool, yes, 72 please. Kind of awful.
Frosty patterns can be quite photogenic.
ReplyDeleteLooks great indeed but cold. Stil waiting for that here but with all that double glazing little change.
ReplyDeleteHow magical.
ReplyDeleteVery frosty! Growing up in Illinois, I remember seeing the windows look like this.
ReplyDeleteWindows looked like that in Alaska, very cold and took hours to melt.
ReplyDeleteI remember windows like that when I was a kid but we have double glazed windows now so you rarely see such pretty patterns.
ReplyDeleteThe frost on the window is so artistic
