Ford Falcon Ranchero
When I saw this car drive away from me in Västerhaninge two days ago I figured I had missed my chance of taking some photos of it. But then 20 minutes later in another part of Haninge there it was again. Driving towards me so I waved to the driver and when he stopped I asked if he had a few minutes. Tony told me that he bought the 1965 Ford Falcon Rancher earlier this year. It's a very rare car. Only 600 or so were made and he thought his was the only one in Sweden, or Europe even. Both photos shot using the Brenizer method. Fifteen or so photos per image, shot with the nifty fifty at f/2.8.
I've never heard of this kind of car before. It's obviously well cared for.
ReplyDeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteThat's a beauty.
ReplyDeleteI would be scared driving or parking such a beauty around here...
ReplyDeleteThese were once the rage over here. Every company tried one.
ReplyDeleteAn American classic beautifully photographed. Falcons were said to be very unsafe, though.
ReplyDeleteRare indeed. I don't remember seeing one in the States. But what a cool vehicle.
