I had to look "lingonberries" up. If we have them in the US, I haven't seen them. They look like our cranberries. Nice photo.

I do remember lingonberries from my childhood. I'm assuming they grew in Minnesota. I also remember smorgasbords and lutefisk. Ugh re the latter.
I think I'd like to try those lingonberries with meatballs and potatoes. That sounds like a great combination. This is a wonderful, colorful shot.

What a great image Steffe, so these berries can be used in savoury AND sweet dishes I'm guessing. Interesting!!
If you have an IKEA where you live I bet you can get some meatballs with lingonberry there.

I was introduced to lingonberries at IKEA and love it. I now prefer it to cranberries.
