There are signs like this one at many different places around Stockholm. All with quotes from novels. This one sits on the top of the Västerbron bridge. The quote here is from the Krilon trilogy by Eyvind Johnson. The blue sign have facts about the bridge itself.

ReplyDeleteA few years ago I stopped at another bridge and read another literary sign and I thought about photographibg all of them and make it into a series.
DeleteA fantastic idea. If they were to do that here with the 2500 or so amsterdam bridges they would be busy for some time.
