The Northern Burial Place
A bunch of photos from my second visit to Norra begravningsplatsen in Solna. Very different from the other cemetery that I visit most every week. This one is much older and there are lots of famous people resting here. The graves are more "religous" in style and some are built to impress. More photos from other visits to come.
An interesting and attractive group! Of course I had to look the first name up, and then it made sense (the name didn't sound Irish, but that's the first thing I thought about the harp) and then the little cat was very interesting.....looked like an oriental scuplture...
