That is the question of the day. Two photos of the facade of the Scandic Continental Hotel at Klarabergsgatan/Vasagatan in Stockholm. Shot on two different days from two different places. The hotel was designed by a Danish architect, from the firm 3XN. It replaced a previous hotel from the 1960s. The Continental has three roof terraces, one of which is open to the public.
Stunning patterns and windows!
ReplyDeleteThe out of joint placement has appeal.
ReplyDeleteArchitect's joke. Copenhagen also has one. The Bella Sky hotel same architect same jokes, but the lodging was pico bello.
ReplyDeleteWow, the effect is confusing.
ReplyDeleteThose windows come in all sizes.

ReplyDeleteLooks like a windows puzzle.
ReplyDeleteI love the look of it. Otherwise it could be really boring with all the windows the same size.
