Taller than wide
I parked the eBike near City Hall and went for a walk along the water. Top photo shows The Bonnier Building at Torsgatan. Next we see typical apartment buildings in the Atlas area in Vasastan. The name Atlas comes after a factory that you could find here some 90 years ago. In the third photo, we see the stairs at Grubbensparken. This part of the city, at Kungsholmen, is known as Sankt Eriksområdet. It was rebuilt after a hospital closed down in the mid 1980s. A decade later, 770 new apartments had been built here. In the fourth and last photo we see a pedestrian bridge at Klara sjö called Blekholmsbron.
Nice snippets of the town and those reflections are really beautiful. Good work again Stefan.
ReplyDeleteI don't know much about Stockholm but I know there are many islands and waterways. It makes for an attractive cityscape.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I did not buy an e-bike. My coordination and sense of balance isn't that great and I don't think it would be safe for me.
Beautiful views of the city. I especially like the reflections and that long set of stairs.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a nice day. I like the stairs shot with the reflection leading into the water.
ReplyDeleteThat bridge speaks to me.
ReplyDeleteYou are a guru on reflections.
