Two photos from the canal at Djurgården. It is known as Djurgårdsbrunnskanalen. Always picturesque, but possibly peaking this time of the year. The part that is most popular to photograph goes between the last two bridges and I took the second photo standing on the last bridge at Lilla Sjötullen.
Autumn... my most favourite season of the year.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Looks like your foliage is similar to the foliage in southwest New England.
ReplyDeleteI love that 1st shot. You have more colour change happening than we have so far.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love the trees.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty and colourful.
ReplyDeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteYes, looks much like the beautiful autumns that happen in the USA northeast. As usual, I looked things up. The words themselves are so interesting. And Wikipedia says Djurgården Well Canal is a translation of the title of your post. And The Djurgarden was a royal park....at the time it was built almost 200 years ago. Wonder where the word "well" comes from. Very nice photos....just lovely. But then yours are usually interesting and fine to see.
ReplyDeleteWonderful autumn leaves!
ReplyDeleteThose autumn colours are are so beautiful. It is sad it doesn't take a long time. My tree is losing its leaves very quickly now :(
ReplyDeleteLovely! Have a good week.
