Waldemarsudddes Oljekvarn
The old mill at Waldemarsudde,at Royal Djurgården in Stockholm. From 1784. Renovated so it should be in working order, just missing the blades. It was used to make linseed oil. Prince Eugen often used it in his paintings.
It still looks good for its age.
ReplyDeleteIt's a beauty!
ReplyDeleteIt looks well cared for.
ReplyDeleteStill very beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHope it wil be restaurated. For the rest it looks very good.
ReplyDeleteThe latest renovation dates back ten years I think. Don't think we will ever see it with the blades though.
ReplyDeleteSuch an unusual design to my eyes Steffe, normal to yours. Love the roof ornamentation ✨
ReplyDeleteVery cool! Can't believe it's lasted so long.
