Semla's in Sweden yesterday during Fettisdagen. Fat Tuesday. It is a seasonal bun,(not really), with many names. Fettisdagsbulle,
semla, hetvägg. I only eat the traditional version but there are people out there,(no names), that create and enjoy new versions of the semla.
