Yours if you have a hammer!
A one bedroom house. No windows. No kitchen, no bathroom, no running water, no heating, no nothing really, but there's a roof and that's a good thing, yes? But the estate does have a nice name, so welcome to Björkhagen in rural Österhaninge.
Countries who can permit to let abandoned housing stay must have no problems with new building land and the ground prices. How different here. If you don't have a monument status your property is removed before you can blink with your eye.

This appears to be very similar to the homestead where my great grandfather on my mother's side grew up - barren of all of life's necessities. Yikes.
