Happiness
Real Spring arrived to Stockholm yesterday and everyone was happy. This couple enjoyed a picnic, (first of the year), sitting in the sunshine on a bench down by the beach at Årsta Havsbad. The temperature reached 10C for the first time this year.
I dunno! It looks way too cold to be eating on a bench outside. You assume they're cuddling 'cause they're happy. I think it's the only way they can keep warm.
But I'm glad that it is warming up a little bit. Spring is not far off and then summer. Like I've always said when I lived in Minneapolis: I love summer. Both days.
Underbar bild! De ser nöjda ut, mätta och belåtna och nöjda med varandras sällskap. Matsäck kan ätas i alla väder och temperaturer, är det 10 plusgrader och solsken tycker i alla fall jag är "good enough".
Indeed.

Such a sweet photo! For some reason they remind my of my parents when they were young.
ReplyDeleteNice! A beautiful and happy day all around.
ReplyDeleteThey look quite content.
ReplyDeleteLove it but it seems a little chilly for a picnic. Their sweet smiles are infectious.
ReplyDeleteSpring has arrived, finally!
ReplyDeleteNot here.
Bravo! 10C seems worth celebrating to me.

ReplyDeleteI had that same happy smile a few days ago.. when it rained 😀
ReplyDeleteThese people are starved for weather warm enough to have a picnic. I think they are pushing their luck.
