Same area s yesterdays photo. No idea about this building, could be part of the underground bus station. Or not. The project will be finished around 2023.
When I see big projects like this or even our Trilogy community and how it's designed and being built I credit those engineers and architects who see the big picture and how all the little pieces fit together. I think that's a special skill!
Plenty of time before you'll know for sure.
