Illuminated Tree
I don't care much for Christmas, as a holiday, but anything that will help to light up a dark December day will get my approval. This was taken just after 1500 hours the other afternoon near the Västerhaninge shopping centre.
We are on the opposite side of this topic, Steffe. I am not at all religious, but I simply love Christmas. From the decorations, to the lights, to the happiness in the air and on the faces of people. I even have lots of Christmas creche figures and nutcrackers and lichtebogen and other holiday paraphernalia.
It makes for a nice picture too.
ReplyDeleteThe old railroad bridge sits over a small park but the bridge itself is usually gated so that people stay off of it.
All dressed up with nowhere to go ☺
ReplyDeleteA wonderful seasonal decoration (and photo)!

It's getting darker earlier here, too, but 1500 hours is ridiculous! :) Cool tree and it does a sense of warmth.
ReplyDeleteThe decorated tree makes for a nice photo in the darkness.
ReplyDeleteThat is pretty.

ReplyDeleteI thought it got dark early here...1500 hours? I think I'll stop complaining about sunset at 1620. Nice shot.
