It seems a long time ago already, but it was just over two months ago that I showed you a
blooming canola field at the Nödesta Västergård. Biking past the farm two days ago I noticed that the farmer was out with the combine harvester at that field so I stopped for a photo.
This must be grown somewhere is the US but I don't know where. I have a strong memory of seeing huge, brilliant yellow canola fields in Wales.
ReplyDeleteIt's that time of year!
ReplyDeleteThat'll keep them busy. I know a lot of canola is grown here.

ReplyDeleteA German harvester! My father bought a John Deere tractor in about 1968. There are huge canola fields here, aka rape seed. They are very pretty when in flower.
