Searching for Spring
This tree clad area on a field near Hesslingby in rural Österhaninge is one of the places I will often go back to with the camera. This time I was hoping to see the trees turn green again, but it was too early for that.
About the Wentworth Chevytown sign, I couldn't find anything online explaining why it was removed. There was another sign at the corner of their lot, west of this one. Here's a link to a story about why it was removed: http://www.oregonlive.com/portland/index.ssf/2013/11/wentworth_chevytown_sign_comin.html
And here's a link to the entire paperwork about all of the work going on at the dealership, in case you're interested in it:http://www.portlandoregon.gov/bds/article/460170
Lovely image Steffe.
ReplyDeleteNice island of trees.

Una bonita y curiosa imagen... Un saludo desde Murcia.
ReplyDeleteThe trees are not yet green, but that carpet of green in the field is outstanding.
ReplyDeleteThat's a really nice composition. Almost abstract.
ReplyDeleteYou have such a good eye for spotting a great shot.
ReplyDeleteThat field is just lovely like that. I look forward to seeing the greening of those trees.
ReplyDeletePlenty of green in the field to make up for it
