Tombstone
This is a tombstone with a difference. The backside have a tree pattern. From the cemetery at the Medieval church in Österhaninge. The yellow building in the background is the Hesslingby estate. Photo taken as a Brenizer style shot.
Its funny that in early days the stone was chipped away 10 mm stone over the total surface to let stand out the branches and leaves . Nowadays the branches and leaves are carved out. A much cheaper concept of course. Thanks for showing us.
And it also looks like a bishops hat. (forgot the official name)
ReplyDeleteA unique and interesting monument.

ReplyDeleteI had to do a search on The Brenizer Method. Now you have arouse my curiosity.
