Jump around!
Another fine sign of things to come, (spring). A zebra spider out walking in the sunshine. This jumping spider has eight eyes so it saw me coming like a mile away. Or at least one meter. I was enjoying a mug of coffee in the spring winter sunshine when Jack joined me on the stairs at Bergdalen.
I have never seen a zebra spider. It's a bit scary looking.
ReplyDeleteI like the shot and am ready for spring
ReplyDeleteLove the shot, although it's a little creepy!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. I like spiders, when they are not if a poisonous variety.
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a good one. Walking on snow? The background makes the spider so much more dramatic.
ReplyDeleteGosh!!
ReplyDeleteI have seen and learned something new!
Happy Easter, Steffe!
You wouldn't see it on snow. It's only 4 millimetres long. It was actually walking up the door jamb when I noticed it.
ReplyDeleteMy worst nightmare Steffe..great shot though!
ReplyDeleteFantastic! I don't think I've seen this spider before.
ReplyDeleteI can show you how to swat it as a man, with a news paper; and from a safe distance.
ReplyDeleteYou are a brave man Jim.
