A few leaves on the path next to the old tree. I met
Josefin from the Mulsta farm not far from here and told her that some of the people following my photos have asked me to remove that broken tree branch. I can't do that because I don't own a chainsaw, but Josefin said that they had one...
It is a remarkable byproduct of the internet that an old tree on a country lane could have admirers around the world.
ReplyDeleteAh so the next time we see the old tree it might be in better shape...nice one!
ReplyDeleteThe fallen branch is unfortunate, but the tree is still magnificent looking.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Perth, I think next time we'll see our old friend, there will be no broken brach.
ReplyDelete*branch...
ReplyDeleteI like the tree, broken branch and all!
ReplyDeleteWhen I start pruning I usually can't stop at one branch ... perhaps you can try some bonsai or topiary.
ReplyDeleteYou must document the 'amputation'....
